OVERVIEW

Tamara Patrick wants you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please reach out and we will do our best to find a good solution.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@tamarapatrick.com with your order number and the reason for return. After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Original paintings are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original, undamaged condition and original packaging.

Once the returned painting has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Tamara Patrick reserves the right to deduct any diminishment in value if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and condition.

FINE ART PRINTS (MADE-TO-ORDER)

Fine art prints are produced to order on Hahnemühle German Etching archival paper. Because these are custom-made goods, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code (BW).

You will be informed of this exemption before completing your purchase and must explicitly consent to waiving your right of withdrawal for these items.

Fine art prints cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@tamarapatrick.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.

We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email hello@tamarapatrick.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Tamara Patrick is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
