No. When you purchase an original painting or a fine art print, you own the physical artwork itself, a unique piece to live with and enjoy in your home. The copyright remains with me as the artist. This means the artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially in any way. This is standard practice in the art world and protects the integrity of the work.

No, I do not sell digital files. My fine art prints are produced exclusively by me, with great care for quality and color, so you can trust that every piece carrying my name is authentic.

If you are interested in using my artwork for a specific purpose, for example a book cover, album art, or publication: licensing is possible. Contact me at hello@tamarapatrick.com with your idea, and we will discuss the possibilities and licensing fee together.

Yes. I ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Every artwork is packaged with great care. Please note that collectors are responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties charged upon delivery. 

I package each piece with the utmost care. Should your order arrive damaged despite this, contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I will make it right. You can read more in my Return Policy.

Yes. Original paintings can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition. Fine art prints are made to order and are therefore exempt from return. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours with your order number and photos.

Yes. Every original painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, confirming that the work is an original, created by my hand.
