Shipping & Returns


Orders that are custom made (for example: Artprints & Canvasprints) will be ready for shipment within 1-4 workingdays. As soon as it is shipped you will receive an email including the tracking of your package! If for some reason I do not reach this time of dispatchment (e.g. if products are not in stock), I will of course inform you as soon as possible.


Estimated Deliverytime

Expected deliverytime of Artprints & Canvasprints from moment of dispatchment is 5-7 workingdays in the Netherlands and Europe, and 4-10 workingdays in the rest of the world.

Expected deliverytime of Originals from moment of dispatchment is 1-2 workingdays in the Netherlands (via PostNL) and 4-10 workingdays in the rest of the world (via FedEx).

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shippingcosts Original Paintings
Shipping of Original Paintings is free within the Netherlands. Shipping to the rest of the world goes via FedEx, these shippingcosts will be calculated and added during checkout.


It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not what you expected or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order after all. Whatever the reason is, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after purchase without giving any reason.

This right to return is not valid for Commissioned Paintings.

  • After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the exact rates, consult your local postal service.
  • Send the product back to me with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
  • I will then refund the full order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, I can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care, and make sure that it is properly packaged on return.
